About our President

Shmuel Shayowitz is President of Approved Funding Corp., a direct lender and Mortgage Banker licensed nationwide focusing on Residential and Commercial real estate and finance solutions.

He is also a long time member of the membership committee of the New Jersey Mortgage Bankers Association as well as a Registered Mortgage Underwriter and Residential Review Appraiser.
